    Isatori's Meta.Cel

What's your opinion on this product? It seems to me it's like a mix of creatine and sugar, it says to mix it with water, it comes in two flavours and one of my work collegues says it's worth buying. Apparently you take one serving ( two scoops) to begin with
"Lift big, eat big, rest big"
"Rome wasnt built in a day"
    "Go heavy or go home."

If it is only creatine and it is expensive then no. Not worth it.
