    Running an EC Stack

I'm unsure of how long I would run an Ephedrine/Caffeine Stack. The only thing I've read over on Bodybuilding.com said to run it for no longer than 6 weeks on then take 2 weeks off. Seems like a long time. Can anyone here give me a guideline?

As a side note, I wouldn't recommend staying in a caloric deficit for that long, as your body will adjust--unless you are real overweight.

I agree with Pirate! I typically run them for 4-6 weeks but I use yohimbine instead of aspirin.

Do you guys go into calorie deficit for several weeks prior to running your ECA stacks? I'm not planning on cutting again until this fall, but when I do, I plan to go into calorie deficit and cut for about 3-4 weeks prior to running an ECA stack for 6 weeks. Does this sound okay?

Also was wondering if you guys run your ECA stacks every day of the week. I have read a suggestion to run them for 5/7 days of the week, taking two days off of them entirely.
