    Hey Snoops;

    When I took CEX I would take 2.5g before and after my w/o. Then 5g, eight hours later.

    Presently I'm on VNS Jacked and take 6g before and after my w/o and 6g eight hours later. That equates to about 9g of CEE and a little over 9g of the Nitric Complex that accompanies the CEE. I also take 6g on non w/o days.

    Peace

    What does the suggested doseage say on the bottle? I have never taken CEX but I have had GREAT success taking around 4-5 grams of CEE per DAY and I weigh 265lbs. Maybe CEX isnt as potent but I would think that you would be just fine taking around 5 grams per day of CEE of any type if its of decent quality. Just my opinion.

    The bottle recommends 1/2 teaspoon as first thing in the morning and 1/2 teaspoon 30 min before w/o.

    I used to take it that way, and 1 teaspoon on non workout days as first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. I used CEX for about two months and it's a great product. Now I'm using No-Xplode/Cell-Mass combo, I've been on this one for about a month and I find it very good products.

    Good luck bro,

    seems like you are taking a bit too much... i dunno thats a lot of CEE... i only take about 5 or 6 grams of CEE on w/o days... well i suppose it relates to your body size, oh well (but im pretty sure others take about 5 or 6 daily )
