What to take and when...
I am just wondering when the best time to take my supplements are...Currently I take a multi-vitamin and 2 EPA/DHA/GLA caps first thing in the morning with a protein shake and a small snack, around workout time I take 1/2 serving Creatine before workout and Protein, 5 g Glutamine and 1/2 serving Creatine after workout, then a little later on I take 2 more EPA/DHA/GLA caps and before bed I take 5 grams GABA...Anyone think there is anything wrong with this setup, I have heard that it is very important to know when to take your supplements.
