I know this is a really beginner thing, but can someone please explain to me what flax/fish oils actually DO? I know the supply you with the Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids(correct me if thats wrong) but what do those fatty acids actually DO for me. Also, I know you need to be healthy and such, but what do multivitamins actually do for me. Like if I don't take them, what's going to happen? How is my body going to perform differently?
