I talked the guy I bought my M1T and 4AD from and he says that I shouldn't really worry about gyno if I'm taking 4AD with the M1T. Since he runs his own gym, I believed him for a while. Now I'm about to start a cycle of 10-15mgs of M1T and 600mgs of 4AD a day and am starting to wonder if he was right. Could somebody clear this up for me? Is there a huge risk of getting gyno from my type of cycle? Before I talked to him, I was going to get nolva but he said a good detox would be fine. Help me out.
He is wrong. 4-ad raises your chance of gyno, but you should still use it with M1T. Just have plenty of nolva on hand (at least 3 grams). Don't start your cycle before you have the nolva. Assuming your 4-ad is transdermal, I think your cycle looks good. What are your plans for Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)?

It's possible. But get some Nolva. If your nips start to itch, hit 20mg and see what happens; if it doesn't work, take more. Be safe, not breast... I mean, sorry
Let's all join together and SPEAK ENGLISH IN AMERICA.
Thanks for the info. If I did end up taking nolva before my cycle was supposed to end, should I take it for a few days then finish my cycle or end my cycle early altogether?
And Im not sure if I can ask but where is the best place to get nolva? I know its not over-the-counter. Considering Im almost broke, whats a cheap way to get it?
And for PCT is WAS going to take a detox and tribulus w/ milk thistle. But thats what my buddy (the gym owner) told me so I dont know. I think Im going w/ the nolva and use it 40 40 20 20. That is, if I can get my hands on some......

no, keep running your cycle as planned, the nolva should cause gyno symptoms to subside, after which i'd run 20mg ED for the rest of the cycle to be on the safe side, then run your PCT as planned
TBH the chances of getting gyno from a m1t/4ad cycle are pretty rare
customnutritionwarehouse has the cheapest nolva I have seen. You buy it powdered and make your own solutions with it somehow.
For your money, I would just get some Arimidex and run it at a low dose throughout your cycle. Cheaper and quite effective overall ime. Might check ibenutrition for the a-dex.
