    Looking for new creatine

I've finished my last dose of creatine monohydrate. Im thinking about trying other types of creatine. CEE, tricreatine malate, some sort of combination like Betagene? Enlighten me lol

Try out CEE, http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=1619, I really like it... No bloat whatsoever, but, you can tell it's working...

Maybe it's the burning sensation when I pee? ...

J/k about the burning, but, CEE is the way to go, in my opinion

They have up to a kilo, thats just the link I sent him. Its only six dollars, so, you could pikc it up with any order off of that for a reasonably cheap price, though, I would order much more than just 100g if thats all youre going to get

Another question I have is, is there a loading period involved with CEE. When I load on Mono, I feel like my muscles cramp easily, my hamstrings especially get tight after running.

i thought loading was just the manufacturers way to make you use it up faster. Mostly water weight

Nope, no loading phase. I suggest a dosage of a heaping 1/2 teaspoon pre workout, and another heaping 1/2 teaspoon post workout, and, on non training days, heaping 1/2 teaspoon in the morning, and another heaping 1/2 teaspoon at night.

You should probably get the 500g tub, Ill brb, gonna check how long ive had it...

good post, but i do know that CEE has a much higher absorption rate then Mono. That is why you dont need to load with CEE.

^^^^^^ that was in the forum at bulk nutrition

Well, it got here on 05/02/2005, and its like, 2/3 full still. If that's any indication to you how cost effective this stuff is, I dunno what would be. I cant imagine how long it would take to use up a whole kilo of CEE... Id probably be moved out before then!
