    !!!!supplement side effects!!!!

    hey,

I don't know whats wrong with me I've been waking up in the middle of the night with cold chills and then I get really hot then I wake up with a killer headache and a fever. I also have very bad pain in my neck and chest when I take a deep breath. I think it might be from me working in the heat all day for the past few days or all of the supplements I've been taking. I've been taking nolvadex around 60 mg a day for a week now 40mg a day for a week then I'll be doing 20mg for the last 2 weeks. I was on 1AD for 4 weeks 600mg a day.I've also been taking HMB, tribulus, and the anti estrogen chrysin. I just had some on hand. I got a new form of creatine, some v12 and I also have some creatine mono-hydrate I've been taking throughout the day since v12 is expensive. Have any of you guys had any side effects from any of the supplements? Should I go to the doctor? If I do will they be able to tell I was on 1AD because of the nolvadex or anything? Please help!!!!

If the probelm persists, see a doctor. Until, stay hydrated and don't overtrain. In fact, I'd take a week of from the gym. Just keep taking the nolva, and drop the rest of the supps for this off week.

I would visit a doctor my friend. Those COULD BE signs of worse problems.

I went to the doctor today he said my white blood cell count was 4,000 over what it should be. He asked me if I was taking any anabolic steroids. I said no, I don't know why I said no I just said it. Ive been off 1AD for about 3 weeks and he said he would give me a week to get all the supplements out of my system. He know I take alot of different kinds of supplements. So should the 1AD be out by then and will my white blood cells be back down? Will me still taking Nolvadex mess with the white blood cells?

Not sure what the life of 1AD is in your system, but M1T is a real steroid. Just because you don't inject it doesn't mean it isn't a real steroid.

M1T is harder than a lot of injectables. Don't be an idiot. If you don't want to take gear, don't take gear. M1T is juice whether you like it or not.

And why are you taking Nolva after 1-AD? It's a carcinogen, that nasty taste isn't the only potential side to it. 6-OXO is fine for 1-AD PCT.

You should be honest with your doctor. He's bound legally and ethically to keep the information confidential, and you are just hurting yourself by not telling the full truth.

I really wouldn't like to tell my doctor because he is kind of also a doctor where I work and I know they have strict drug rules. I'm afraid he might tell my boss thus get me fired. Anyway he called me and said it was just a virus and my infection level was high that why my blood cell count was so high. Oh and muscle pump, I know 6oxo is good enough fro 1AD but I already had a case of gyno and got it removed a while ago I just didn't want to get it again. I am not a steroid retard I know a lot about them this doesn't mean I'm going to start using roids all the time just take them when I hit plateaus.
