I have a hard time believing that the supplament itself is creating these pains you feel in your shouler, however I do know that supplaments sometimes make your body feel almost unbreakable and you might push yourself further than you should.
I would ice it and stay away from any shoulder exercises untill he pain ceases to exist.
p.s.
If it does continue though I would consult a physician about your shoulder it could simply just be inflamed or you could have initiated some nerve damage during your routine.
