Did you even READ the webpage on the B.N. site? All the info you need is on that page.

Just CEE man. Go buy some dextrose at Atkin's or another food store.

Put 2lb dextrose and 2 koolaid flavor packets in a gallon container (i like gatorade gallon containers from walmart) and fill it up w water and throw it in the fridge. This will provide 7g of dextrose per ounce. Hit a couple ounces before you lift (debatable) and 4-8oz after you lift.

The big idea and selling point of the CEE vs. normal monohydrate is that you dont NEED the transporter/dextrose...you can mix it with water if you want to according to the manufacturer. I mix it in crystal lite (which is sugar free by the way) and nothing else and it worked great, I take it an hour before and after I workout. On non-workout days I take it once in am and once in the pm. Worked for me, thats all I can say.

Well you don't need dextrose for monohydrate either... still works. Spiking insulin after lifting with dextrose just helps absorption of nutrients in general.

Works for me too, I don't take any simple carbs with CEE.
