ZMA is only useful as a sleep aid, it doesn't have any impact on testosterone or IGF-1 like it claims.
I been to the health store and bought my own ZMA seperatley for 2/3 of the cost, which I am quite pleased about.
So, the question is, I have:
250mg Magnesium Tabs
15mg Zinc Tabs
50mg B6 Tabs
500mg L Glutamine
oh and some Fish Oil Tabs with Glucosamine.
What are your opinions on when to take these, for ZMA the rule is 30mins before training and 30 mins before bed. Any differences/variations?![]()

Why would anyone take ZMA before training??? Benefits [if there are any] would only be seen before bed.
I personally take ZMA as well, but... I dunno, thats in case I dont get enough zinc, I suppose it cant hurt.

Im in the Uk, it cost me 16 pounds for the lot. The combined ZMA is around 30 pounds, you can probably get it cheaper but seperates seemed the best way.
I have been taking it 1/2 an hour before sleep so according to all your general opinions this is the best way, cheers guys.![]()
