    new guy needing mentor

I've been working out since 11th grade and i am now in 2nd year of college through this time i've only used protein, till about 2 months ago when i started on NO2 and CE2. I eat healthy and train hard but just wanted some more advice on supplements to take and what they do. Such as Glutamine,
Glucosamine/Chondroitin,EFAs,HMB,EPA/DHA,Fish or Flax Oil. Or anything else i might of missed. Or even if there are good web pages, to do research. GIO

Some of the fundamentals include a multivitamin, fish oil/flax oil, whey (for postworkout and when you need a quick infusion of aminos), and casein (before bedtime). Obviously the key to making progress is a clean diet with plenty of quality protein.

Mmmmm....I love Mento's. That cool minty taste is so refreshing! Oh, you said mentoR...never mind.
