    melting point feedback and results

I would like it if TP and Robboe could give some updates.

I have given plenty of updates. 3 weeks, no change in diet except eating more crap than usual (why do I always do that in the summer?) and I am down 3-4 pounds. I am supposed to be on a mild caloric deficit as of yesterday -- hopefully tomorrow I will be negative calories.

The true test is the consuming public -- we should start to hear feedback in 2 weeks.

I am still very much around over there, I just hate wading through all of the posts.

I don't post however, like I said before they have not been very cordial to me over there since they found out that my parents were married.

Every 2nd or 3rd day i notice something different - leaner arms, more visible serratus, more vascularity etc... Nothing that is making a two cut like a 12 week cut, but enough to know that this is not a bog-standard diet for me. I've barely even had chance to mess around with my macros yet and i'm noticing results.

Using MP (and maybe LX) over a 10 week diet with solid dietary guidelines and this is gonna be killer.
