Is there a protien powder with all these things...
- EFA Omega 3 and 6
- Whey protien
- all the vitimans that you would find in a good multi-vitamin
- Creatine monohydrate
Or even one with just the first 3? I think most serious bodybuilders would agree that you need all 3 of those, so it would seem to be a great idea for some supplement company to combine them in one product.
I've actually only looked at GNC so far and they didn't have anythign, but if you know of such a product anywhere then please post.
You honestly should supplement with all thos things individually, because with a protein powder that has those all in one, you wont be able to get custom amounts of each of them, and any results you get from it would be sub-standard. You should also look inro some creatine ethyl ester. CEE, try www.bulknutrition.com

Ok thanks. I didn't condider the dosages. I still think I would prefer a combo product, even if the doses of each ingredient were not as precise as taking separately.
Maybe it's just me but I don't like spending all the time pouring and mixing from many separate containers, then remembering to take the multi-v, ect.
