    l-glutamine question

is it ok to mix your l-glutamine in with your protein i take 15g a day, 5g in morning with my MRP, 5g post workout with pure whey and 5g in the evening with my MRP.

My questions is does mixing it with my shakes effect the absorbtion rate. If so whats the best way to take it (powder form).

Somone on this forum once said it should be in "peptide" form if mixing it with a shake, but I'm not sure why or what that really means.

Anyone have opinion on this ?

Yes, PROPS TO GOPRO FOR HELPING ME!!!

L-glutamine must be consumed AT LEAST and hour and a half after a protein containing meal, and you must wait appx 30 mins for the L-glutamine to be absorbed. Reason is, l-glutamine is very competitive for absortion, and will NOT WIN, when put up against other aminos. If you want the most benefit from it, seperate your dosings like GP recommended, if you cant do that, buy some cheap Glutamine Peptides
