    For men over 30 it's best to take a multi-vitamin without Iron. The Iron stays in your system and doesn't leave (unless you give blood regularly). As you get older too much iron can lead to various health problems. Plus most of us get enough iron from foods such as red meats.

    I acutually took mega-men to a pharmacist because it made me act weird and the pharmacist said theres something in the drug to make you more aggressive which would be ideal for the workout.

    i currently take animal pak or natures best super multi power pak...they are both cheap if u buy them online...

    Go here: www.vitamins.com , search ULTRA VITA MAN... you wont find anything cheaper for the quality.

    sanatogen gold is a very good one,im not sure if you can get it in america tho.costs about £8-10
