    Questions about fat burners

    I was wondering if anyone uses Canitine, Glutamine, or Conjugate linoleic acid (CLA), and if so the results by using what dosing? Thanks GIO

    Get the July '05 issue of the magazine "Flex" go to pages 160-164 and page 198 i just saw them in that magazine and wonderin if there info is true or not

    giovanni, ive been bodybuildng for a long long time now. L-carnitine is a good fat burner, but only when used in larger doses (300mg or more per tablet). what carnitine does is transport stored fat into the mitachondria of cells where energy is released. as for glutamine, it will not help u burn fat in any way shape or form. glutamine is primarily used by the body for protein synthesis and helps to reduce muscle deterioration. in some cases ive had guys claim that glutamine does have cell volumising effects.
