    CEE dosage

    I just bought fast track nutritions A2CE Creatine it is CEE. It says to take it during the day and then again after your workout. Does this sound correct for CEE dosage? Its in capsules.

    Yes is does. On non workout days I take it once in the morning and once in late afternoon. Workout days I take it first thing in the a.m., an hour before I workout and then AFTER I workout. Depends on your brand. 5 grams per day is plenty.

    Thanks for the info. I knew it said to take it twice a day i just wasn't sure when.
