    swolve v2 stomach issues

    hey, ive been on swole for 2 days now and have had some major stomach cramps/loose stool(its the type of effect you get when you eat products super high in sugar alcohols). is this common? does anyone have any sort of solution? thanks for your help!

    Funny....I had an issue like that before going to Swole....once on Swole I was fine.

    You drinking plenty of water? How many doses a day are you taking and are you spreading them at least 8 hours apart like the label suggests?

    I did experience some stomach discomfort while on Swolve v2 also--its not just you. I also think it wasn't as effective as plain old creatine monohydrate.

    Alter how you are taking it. If i had eaten too recently, the same thing happened to me. 45 minutes to an hour after food, and I was fine with it.
