    Ephedra and No Xplode

Recently i began my cutting phase so i decided to get on the E.C. stack, but i just got my new shipment of no xplode in and i was wondering if it is bad to take them both together because i get a much better workout on no xplode but also i don't want to stop taking the e.c. stack during my cutting phase. What should i do? Also, what are the side effects for taking the E.C. stack under the age of 18? Please help!

you can take them together might make it less effective though. And an E.C. stack under 18 isnt bad as long as you do it correctly.

Your best bet is to train clean for now, you're under 18 so I wouldn't waste any money on supplements. Focus on eating 5-6 quality meals a day and training hard. Check out Emma-Leigh's posts for diet advise.
