    Creatine!

    HI i have took creatine for like 4 weeks i loved the strenth gains it gave me.. but i ran out so i have been off it for like two weeks and now when i work out i get tired really easy and my muscles take longer to recover. would any care to explain to me why this happen's.. and is there a reason for cycling creatine?

    Here's why I think you should cycle creatine.

    Your body does make creatine, and when you begin taking creatine, your body will stop making it.. same as taking test, your body stops making a lot of test when you are taking high doses of it. After long periods of time, your body can become dependant on things like test and creatine and will stop making them...

    Also, studies on creatine have only been done while people were taking it for up to 8 weeks, so it's better to be safe and not go longer than 8 weeks on it, before resting from it a bit.

    other than the abovementioned, it's also good to cycle creatine because the impurities in it are meant to mess with your kidneys, and there have been no long term studies on it with most concluding that further studies are required.
