Hi I just purchased 1000g's of BN CEE and I am now not sure how much I should be taking for a dose since everyone sais different things. I read some are doing 3g before and 3g after workout and some just take 3g in total. All the jug sais is 1/4 teaspoon + 830mg. What do you guys recomend?
