    Question Hemogex & Test-1

Hi, I found this forum while searching for people with first hand experience with Hemogex and the Rip Fast Test-1.

There has been a lot og hype around these two products. As I am no expert in nutrition or supplemtation, it would be easy for me to fall prey to a really good marketing campaign. I got burn the fat feed the muscle over a year ago, and have read the laymans guide to steroids (1&2).

I do know that there is no subsitute for good diet, rest and training, but also believe there are supplements that do work and will give awesome gains - only problem is WHICH ONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any feedback on these two or any other products would be greatly appreciated.

    Have a great weekend

Well, 1-Test is now illegal, but of course many people still have a supply. If you are specifically speaking about the VPX brand of this prohormone, this was truly an excellent product and really did add on average about 3-6 lbs of muscle in about 6 weeks (for most, not all users).

As far as Hemogex, it is an expensive product for sure, so it is hard to say whether it is "worth it" for most people. Hemogex is far more valuable to those over 30 years of age than those younger than this. It is really good for helping to shed bodyfat (especially stubborn bodyfat), some muscle gain, improved sleep, and better recovery.

The thing with Hemogex is that you need to invest some time into using it to fully realize its results. It is not "fast acting," as it takes about 6 weeks before REAL results are seen, and the results get better the longer it is used. That said, even real GH doesn't kick in that fast, so it is not surprising that Hemogex takes some time.

Before using any supplements like this you always should make sure that the diet and training is on point and that you are using the true foundation supplements like EFAs, glutamine, creatine, whey protein, and vitamins and minerals.
