    supplements 2 rehydrate 4 boxin fight

    need advise on how to rehydrate muscles within 2hours from weigh in, after coming down 4kg in 10 days.
    I normally sip this over 2hrs until the fight

    4grams of Taurine
    4grams of cee
    20grams of ribose
    80grams of vitargo
    10grams of citrulline malate
    5grams of carnosine
    1litre of water

    Is this a good stack or can i do better??
