    time between cycles?

my last m1t cycle ended on 6/22- it was 4wks at 20mgs. i took my nolva for a little over 3wks. i was thinking of giving superdrol a try in a couple weeks. i know it is a bad idea to run methylated hormone cycles too close but what about superdrol? just curious..

M1T and Superdrol is hard on your lipids.
M1T did probably shut you down more then you realize.

I assume you are in PCT right now and that should run for 4 weeks minium.

I would give it a rest after PCT is over too, Probably another 4 weeks.

Make sure you get some bloodwork before you start up again.

This is debateable. He was "only" taking 20mgs a day. I have heard of many guys who did 4 weeks of M1T, 3 off (of PCT) and then 4 back on. Wouldnt RECOMMEND it to anyone but it has been done. I would say that SD is much "safer" than M1t and that IF you know your bod can handle it then go for it. Heck, even on straight SD some guys are doing 3 on 2 off 3 on and doing fine.
