    SD and ephedrine

ok so ive been on SD for about 2 weeks,im starting to get aching joints and lower back pains.(this was expected as it is a diuretic).but im going on a 10day ephedrine course along with my SD as i want to get a little more cut up before i go on my holidays.
i am taking glucosamine sulphate tablets and cod liver oil tablets to help my joints, these are 1-a-day tablets, should i 2-3 a day when i start the ephedrine or would that be dangerous?

I have never heard SD was a diuretic...but I don't know jack about that shit.
But ephedrine is a mild diuretic!...I'm not sure why but it probably inhibits ADH.

It can't hurt, as for dehydration just stay away from all alcohol and caffeine while on cycle, they both inhibit ADH( antidiuretic hormone).

Just drop any caffeine products, you don't need caffeine for ephedrine to work.

Do what you got to do until/if you get cramps, then drop the ADH inhibiting products( IE. caffeine and alcohol).

The ephedrine/caffeine stack will cause dehydration which induces joint pain and other types of inflamation. The dehydration, however, is not caused by diuretic reasons... your bodies metabolic rate just spiked and you turn into a furnace. Your burning up any water long before it hits your bladder. To ease the joint pains, increase your h2o, take as much fish/flax oils as you can. It'll increase your cirrculation, getting blood into your connective tissue for repair, that'll also help keep your BP in check while on the SD.
