no, it wont "cut fat" itself.. it might supress your apatite & give you more energy, to raise the intensity in your wo's. tightening up your diet is the ticket..read the stickies in the diet & nutrition section. a lot of good info in there..if you try to loose weight too quickly, you are much more likely to fail.. good luck

If you're cutting out ALL sugar, then you aren't eating fruit.

I'm sure he meant all processed sugar, cutting out all sugar naturally occurring in food would be quite a job.

be careful with the fruit, especially the kind of fruit if you're trying to cut.

she may have lost a lot of weight but she did not lose it the correct way and will gain it back. she probably lost just as much muscle as fat, crashed her metabolism and once she starts eating again she will pack the fat on very quickly and her metabolism will be slower not only from the crash dieting but now she has less muscle. DON'T DO WHAT SHE DID it is stupid.

The best thing to do is eat 5 small meals a day...it provides constant energy and boosts metabolism. Also, run for 30mins first thing in the morning when you wake up....Do this before eating. If you do this for a week you will SEE results. PS> it must be 30mins continuously.
