Whats the ingredients, what are the protein/carb/fat sources.

You, in general, dont want a direct fat source right post-workout.

Because its a weight gainer, im assuming that the carbs are maltodextrin, which is a glucose polymer, and acts VERY similar to dextrose, but it digests slower.

IIIIII, personally, use 2 scoops ON's 100% whey, with 35g dextrose and 35g maltodextrin. Works like a charm.

    Doesn't look to bad.

I would take half of a serving and add a scoop of whey protein.

actually, this is one of those times where keeping it simple pays off: 1 scoop malto, 1 scoop dextro, 2 scoops protein and throw in a little creatine for extra measure.
