i am taking this product i got from a friend of mine called animal stak.ive heard many great things about this product but has done nothing for me.i currently take one packet of animal stak followed by on thermogenesis pill,2 servings of cell tech creatine and 3 servings of nitro tech protein.i have been working out for 3 months now and when i started i was a 180 pounds and after 3 months i am still 180 pounds.i currently eat 5-6 meals a day and still not seeing any results.have anyone esle been at this situation,also has anyone received any good gains while taking this animal stak.

I tried the Animal Stak and it made me lethargic during my workout.Not sure but I think it had a thermo-stack mixed in already so you shouldn't need another w/ it.That's overkill.
I can't believe you didn't gain something w/ 2 serv CellTech/day(that's 20g creatine,150g sugar).What do your other"meals"consist of ?? |

why would you take creatine with a fat burner? you either want to bulk up, or get lean. Cant do both at the same time my friend!

In a booklet I picked up at the Arnold from the Universal booth it mentions in a quick little blip that you should not take Animal Stak (prohormone version) at the same time as Animal Cuts, which is their thermo product. It didn't explain why.
While you were taking it, did you increase the intensity of your weight workout. The idea is you have to "Train Like An Animal". Did you increase your caloric intake, if your goal was to bulk? More protein to build muscle and more carbs to train harder and more intense? |

yeha,my meals are good.i take 6 egg whites first thing in the morning and my other 4 meals consist of boiled chicken breast and rice,bake potatoes and many other high protein/carb meals,i train with very heavy weights.as to where i get good control and to the negative.maybe i will see some results soon.thanks for the input guys,
