    **Lipoderm-Y**

Welp I've been doing kinda a half assed cutting diet for the last month, but im 5'11" about 178-180lbs and i have one of those body fat scales taht tells me i am about 15% bf which im not sure how accurate that thing is but i suppose it cant be to far off. Anyway I was wondering if you guys thought that I should start using lipoderm-Y I dont really have any fat anywhere else except for my stomach and its really annoying cause when i do cardio it seems i get skinnier everywhere else except for the place that really matters my stomach. Also is there that big of a differnce between lipo-Y and lipo-Ultra?? But i'll attach a picture and you guys can tell me what u think.
    Thanks

Ultra is better, but it only helps to release the fat into your system. You have to burn the fat from exercise and/or cutting calories or the fat will be restored back on your stomach area. Learn how to improve your diet and stick to it.
