    nolva numbness?

so ive been on pct from SD for a lil over a week 40mg before bed(liquid), now im taking 30 mg. Ive been waking up sometimes with both of my arms numb, also i have been getting real bad cramps in my forearms for no reason, like when im just sitting around. anyone ever heard of this, i think its either from the nolva or nerve problem from straining my back. any ideas?
