    Iron in my multi--

I heard it's not the best thing for men to have iron in their multivitamins, and multi's designed specifically for men don't have iron in them. I've just been taking Spectrum Forte, and it has 10 mg of iron in it (I take 1 multi per day). Should this be ok, or should I consider switching to a different multi?

10 mg of Iron is nothing, why would you worry?

the RDA is 10-15mg, so I just figured along with eating beef and other sources of iron, I might be getting too much.

Use non Iodized salt at home if your worried, non processed meat doesn't have that much Iron in it to cause you any ill effects.
