    With food, or not...

Does taking BCAA'S and Glutamine with food or when you haven't eaten recently affect the absorption. Is the difference even worth thinking about?
Same question about fish oil or flax seed oil.
Different labels say different things so it makes me think it doesn't matter very much.

The benefit of taking your supplements like vitamins etc with food is to slow down the rate your body gets it....its better to get a steady flow of the supplements then to have it hit you all at once and then be gone...this is especially true for supps taken only once a day.
