    Cheap protein drinks?

Anyone know of any cheap protein drinks? Two of my meals consist of whey, green apple and natural peanut butter. I want to be able to replace the whey with a portable drink such as below:

Basically, I want to keep something at work that's quick to prepare, consume and carry around. Also, how is this product targeted to women? I see no Midol in the nutrition facts...TIA

I am not a big fan of the RTDs. I would recommend that you get the Myoplex Deluxe pouches.....you can just mix them in a shaker for a minute and they are ready to be drank. The strawberry and cream ones taste SO good. You can mix them with water but taste better with milk. Just keep a shaker at work and put the box in a drawer of your desk. I am too broke right now to be buying those things so right now I just get approx 50g of ON whey in its place....its not the best meal replacement but its better then nothing and its WAY cheaper to drink a couple of those shakes VS the Myoplex. But if money wasn't an object I would only drink the Myoplex Deluxe shakes for meal replacements. That is what allowed me to keep my diet in check while in the Navy.

I love the "portable" Muscle-milk drinks.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
