My mom takes ephedra to boost her workouts every summer, she says that when she takes it before her workouts in the morning that it helps to greatly jump start her metabolism along with the cardio training. She told me it increases the metablisim by a small percentage for a couple hours during and after her workout. She is always in shape year round but she is expessially trim and tight around the summer, when she uses ephedra.
My question is, does ephedra really boost the metabolism to a state that can trigger this well of results when combined with the low calorie diet and circuit cardio training she does? Or is it simply a motivational tool for the mind? I've read a lot about ephedra, but it's hard to separate fact from fiction, imformation from sale pitch.

I'm fortunate enough to have ECA stack stocked before the ban but I sold a few bottles to my friends. IMO the best ever to give you energy, suppress your appetite, and rev your metabolism.
There's no such thing as getting too big!
6'2, 235 lbs.
There was no need to stock up. You can buy pure ephedrine tabs(25mg each) at nearly any gas station. The limit is 2 bottles per person around here. You can also buy Vasopro Ephedrine on almost any suppliment site, too.
But yes, it is definately good stuff. I take 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, 324mg Aspirin, and 6mg Yohimbine with my stack. It is good stuff.
So I have allready started dieting and excercising with my mom, and I see results with patients and hard work. Ive cut off about 20 lbs of fat and I want to lose another 10-15 in the next 6 weeks. Is this possible without ephedra? Would it be wise to use ephedra?
