    im sure it could help retain muscle mass but when i took 1-ad i got the worst hunger pangs ever...there is no way i could do a cut on 1-ad unless i had a potent eca stack to ward off the pains i would get from hunger on 1-ad... even though 1-ad is kind of gay to me now since ive been introduced to aas... i still am grateful because it taught me how to eat
