    Pro Performance® Creatine Clear or NO-xplode?

    Pro Performance® Creatine Clear or NO-xplode which one should I get?
    are they the same thing?
    could I take both?

    I weigh like 145lbs and I'm not trying to get fat just wanna get muscular(bigger muscles)
    I dont really know much so you any help would be good

    I think GNC creatine clear is just creatine mono, on the other hand NO-Xplode is a combination of ingredients, like Arginine, Citrulline Malate, Dicreatine Malate, etc... IMO it gives good pumps and increases my energy.

    Haven't tried the creatine clear, but based on the ingredients I would go with the NO-Xplode, however, either one that u choose, there's no need to use them both.

    If u never used a creatine product before, u may wanna start with the mono, and if u don't get results with it, u may try another form of Creatine.

    id go for the no-xplode cuz its better and u dont want to buy gnc crap way over priced IMO!

    i am currently on noxplode, cell mass, nitrix, 2000mg methoxy, 1000mg ecdysterone a day. i am seeing good gains, i usually gain good on pure creatine and grape juice but this is nuts.
