If you are a male and using the phrase "I want to get more tone" you should just give up.

to get ripped, do cardio, screw the high rep shit, you lift to biuld. use amino's, efa's, glutamine, creatine(to keep muscle full), then i used to take animal cuts with tight by sann, then the last week use taraxatone. also adding tribulus and zma may help. (andro test by pro source is good.
