    the difference is Flax is from a seed (flax seed) and fish is from fish. Duh, you fucking dumbass......lol. J/king.

    i prefer fish oil, as it prevents cancer as opposed to flax which apparently causes it

    Flax is getting many bad articles lately, some linking it to sickness. If you take Flax make sure it is from an organic source. Fish-Oil is superior specially on EPA. Here you can get them for real cheap ... www.vitamins.com
