    More Advice on Omegas/Fish Oil

OK, I have been talking about adding Fish oils to my diet...

So today, I go to the Hippie Grocery across the street from work..

I see two types of interesting looking oil products...

    Both are Omega 3-6-9 combos

One is 120 caps of 1000 - Nordic Naturals
One is 100 caps of 1200 - KAL

    The KAL was $17.50
And the Nordic Naturals was $32.00

Why twice as much, beacause norway fish are so good!?!?

I don't get it, and how many of these bad-boys shoud I take every day...
Someone told me before, but that was just FISH OIL, not 3-6-9

(For GP, I am 34, 6'0", and weigh around 210)

Do I even need all this stuff???

Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation

    Depends on your diet

Most north american diets are deficient in Omega 3's hence the supplementing of Fish and Flax oils. However if you diet was balanced with Fat sources then a product like this would work, or even Udo's choice.

As for the Price difference. I dunno Name brand I guess
