The half-life on Ephedra is 6hrs, so you can take a 2nd dose at a 5 hour mark, if your body can handle it. If you can handle 3 doses, then go for it. Just space them evenly and try not to take the last one too close to bed. Each person is different as to how long of time they need between their last dose and bedtime. Above all, listen to your body. If you are already feeling jolted from the 2 that you are taking a day, stick with that for now.

ditto...you could also take a full serving with you lunch or whatever meal is around 10-11 am. then try taking a 1/2 serving again at 2. a full serving may be too much. I know I can't handle 3 full servings

I can easily take 3 doses. I might even be able to do a 4th if I was up for a couple extra hours or so.
