    What supplement to start on!

    This in new to me and am i am currenty taking:
    ON Whey Protein
    Multi-vitamins
    Creatine
    and L-glutamine.

    If i was going to add one more supplement to the mix what would you guys suggest. I don't want to take to many cause its already getting expenive. Is no explode a good one.

    I also have a question about my arms, why my biceps have gotten substantualy bigger while flexed in the last 2 months of work out they have not gotten any harder while flexing. While my chest is flexed it is hard as a rock. So its not like its a problem with all muscle groups. Is this do to my skinny build and the fact that my arms are so long. I am 6'1" 175lbs. Like i said my biceps are growing there just haven't gotten any denser. My triceps have gotten hard while flexed too but when i started working out they were not so the change was made there just not in the biceps. I am 24 and noticed the same thing while working out in high school. Is there any supplement i could take to help this??
