I don't do any cycles at all.

I am considering taking Milk Thistle on a regular basis for the health of my liver.

    any comments?

    is it worth it?

    Thanks.

In Saigon I am drinking beers every night.

I've been doing research on the web.

If someone drinks beer from 8 PM to 11 PM.

    1. Is there a best time to take Milk Thistle?

    2. For example, in the morning? Every day?

    3. Best dail dosage amount? If it should, be taken everyday.

    Thanks.

If someone drinks beer consistantly from 8 - 11pm everyday, milk thistle will just act as a bandaid. Alcoholism is not a good thing... seek help before it gets out of control ..

As long as I live in Saigon I'll be sipping on the suds with dinner and after dinner.

I'll try the bandaid. I do agree Randy, a bandaid provides only a little, temporary help.

I just bought some Milk Thistle by "Rexall."

Take one a day, during breakfast or lunch.

Or should one wait until dinner?

I heard it takes 2-3 months for it to actually start working. Any truth to that?
