    Take b5 with a b complex. 4 grams is way over kill though. 1-2 grams is fine.

    You don't know what you are talking about. The Asian study that found pantothenic acid to be beneficial for acne used 20 grams daily.

    I have used 4 grams daily for 4 years now. Others I know have had to use 6 grams for it to be effective. 2 grams may work for some but most need more.

    Dermatologists have no clue............I went to them for years and they did nothing for me.

    I get my b5 from bulknutrition and occasionaly from vitaglo.com
