    Home made shakes

What is your favorite recipe for home made shakes?
    Protien or weightgain.
I want to start making my own weight gain shakes but Im not sure how to accomplish the 1200 calories range. Just curious on what everyone else uses.
    Here's my protien shake favorite:

    1 cup milk
    1 cup ice
    1 banana
    3 frozen strawberrys
2 scoops Isopure whey protien (vanilla)
Sometimes I will add 2 tbsp of peanut butter

    1/2 - 1 cup oats
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup milk
    12g whey protein

Makes a lot - I usually down this combo as a meal replacement if I'm on the run.

Its relatively cheap, has good amount of protein per serving, get lots of servings, and it tastes decent.

The double chocolate imho is awesome.

I use the vanilla, it's pretty good. That sucks about the Cookies & Cream, I was thinking of trying it.

Cookies and cream is the best! Oh, lord.

Also, I mixed banana cream (GNC) with mint chocolate PM (GNC) and was I amazed? I normally put plain yogurt with some frozen fruit and metamusil or oatmeal with it the shake.

    Good stuff
