Hi there
I am 40 lbs overweight and have recently decided to commit myself to a healthier way of life. I was wondering if a thermogenic like Lipo-6 would help me loose fat quicker. Or are these products more for the person who is trying to get ripped rather then beginners like me who have an abundance of fat to loose?
Thanks in advance.
Bob
For loosing the weight you need to think in this order:
1. The Diet
2. Training
3. Supplements
That said... Lipo-6 is an excellent product to help you, but do not rely on only this or you wont success in your goal. You need to change the way you eat, specially lower or get rid of sugar, hi fat foods, fries, refined wheat, etc ... you can get more info on the Diet and Nutrition area.
hey before u start using fat burners just get ur diet stragiht and then keep dieting for 2 months till u hit a plateu then go ahead and use fat bruners
uhhh, i decided not to start a new topic, since mine is kind of related to it. ok, recently, my diet has gone to crap since it is summer and after a whole lot of BBQ's and stuff, yea my abs aren't that visible anymore. is there a way to quickly burn all this fat?
