I have hurt my shoulder (bench press) and knee (squats). Is their anything I can take, use, or do to help them recover?

In my shoulder its like an burning felling almost like I'm in a lockout position 24/7. In my knee when I squat its like an.......stiffest type of felling kind of like it needs oil or some shit.

A burning pain is most likely a muscle tear......you need to take 3-4 weeks off all related muscles or do some steroids to heal it fast....at 18 I would recommend Anavar only....30mg a day for 2 weeks....and you will heal fast as hell.

Cramping is probably due to dehydration.

    god hand,

if you can find it, get some biofreeze. It's what I use, I work for a pharmacy we loads of it. At one point you could only get it through a pharmacy but now some health food stores have it. There's nothing like it, if you have find it.

    This can help:

    - MSM ( you can get the MSM in powder form and take 15g a day for 1 week and then 5g a day)
    - Vitamin C --- 5g a day ( helps produce collagen in combination with MSM)
    - Burdock Root <--- this will help you with the pain
    - Glucosamine 2g a day
    - Fish Oil

    - Hardcore treatment [ but better than surgery ]

If you have a juicer in your house mix this:

    3 carrots
    2 apples small/medium
2 Bok Choy leaves with stalk
    1 Cucumber

Take this 3 days a week.
