    Question BCAA's how much?

Hi, I was wonderin if anyone knew the right amount of mg of every BCAA I should take daily. In other words how much of every BCAA should one take daily. My other quick question is... Has anyone tryed Animal Pak? Is it worth it? or is it better just to buy ur BCAA's and Multi Vit separately? thanks in advance.

I just buy bulk BCAAs at CustomNutritionWarehouse. It is blended in the ratio that is best, and the shit is cheap. I just take a teaspoon at a time, which is about 5g. I always take it before bed, and it is good to take before cardio as well, especially if you are doing cardio first thing in the morning before you eat.

I took Animal Pak for a month and then got off it and am now just taking a general multivitamin.

I'll leave it for the hardcore lifters.

Yep. They're underdosed compared to ON's 2222's, but they're cheaper, so I just take more. I feel it's better to take smaller doses more often than something all at once, anyways.

I would take a minimum of .20 g BCAA per kg of LBM
