A little more info about you would help. As for my personal experience with Animal Stak and Animal Pak - just a waste of money.

some background on me I am a 5'10" 173 lb mesomorph with and incredibly high Metab 3.2X higher than the normal persons naturally to be exact. I am virtually a bottomless pit of callories and can only maintain wieght over 175 pounds if it is muscle anything else my body sheds in 48 to 72 hours I ate 5700 k/cals a day for 4 weeks and only gained 5 pounds and lost it in 48 hours of the end of my diet. Don't get me wrong I gaind alot of strength in those 4 weeks but that was all I kept. I am a student without the income to feed my blast frunace of body naturally so I must suppliment what are the best supliments for wieght(BF) and lean muscle gain.

Becarefull what you ask for you might get it I eat 100 dollars worth of food a week when I am not trainning!!!! and that is cheap home made food stuff vegatables, flour, chicken, ground turkey. I weight 178 pounds at 5'10" eat 5 wheat pancakes 6 eggwhites one yolk 2 peaces of toast and a pint of OJ and am hungry starved 2 to 3 hours later.

When I train(size and/or cardio) weight gainner is not an option it is a nutritional must or I over train in mere weeks. Imagine the weight gainner shits as part of your everyday life not just a temporary pain when you are bulking

if you can eat liek u do ur basically in a constant cut, im basically in a constant bulk. Id rather have ur problem and need to eat like crazy than having to go hungry.
