    Bulk CEE mixing??

Ok I just got Bulk CEE even though I read it tasted like shit. I figured id mix it with grape juice.. no problem.. I was wrong.

What do you guys mix it with and how much? I use about 2 tablespoons to get 5g of creatine is that the right amount?

As of now I'm just mixing 12oz crystal light with 2.5g CEE x 2. any other ideas?

Im usually good with nasty shit but this is terrible.

With CEE, you dont need that much unless your 300 pounds. With a 2-3g dose of CEE, it is more than enough.

As for mixing, try it with some gatorade if you can. Buy the gatorade powder, and mix it with that. I do this postworkout and I can't taste the CEE at all. If it is not an option, then try to take in some water, gulp the CEE and chase it down with some more water. You will taste it for 1 sec maybe, but if you do this right, you will not even taste it.

Needmoremuscle : That should also answer your question that you ask me in the other creatine thread.

EDIT : I got a question too about CEE. Do we need to load ? Purpose of loading with creatine is to fill cells with creatine, to saturate them so we can have result faster. Why we dont hear about loading with CEE ? Unnecessary ? But why ?

As for loading, I've read if your young loading with creatine isnt neccesary at all.. As for CEE specifically, I have no idea.

Thanks for the reply. I asked a question in the other thread but I'll ask here incase you dont read there. How many teaspoons should I be taking?
